TRANSPARENT CONDUCTING PLATE, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD AND TOUCH PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conducting plate and a touch panel using it with superior adhesiveness and durability preventing detachment and peeling of a transparent conductive thin film from a high polymer film in the transparent conducting plate. SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film is comprised by laminating a transparent substrate, an adhesive layer, the high polymer film and the transparent conducting thin film in this order. The transparent conducting plate is characterized by that the adhesive layer comprises polyolefinic resin.
