<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a reference signal outputted from a crystal resonator is attenuated significantly in a wiring layer. SOLUTION: The crystal device 7 comprises a substrate 1 having a mounting portions 1a, 1b on both front and rear surfaces, a crystal resonator 5 mounted on the portion 1a on the front surface of the substrate 1, and a semiconductor element 6 mounted on the portion 1b of the rear surface of the substrate 1 and compensating the temperature of the resonator 5. The substrate 1 is made of an oxide sintered compact consisting of 10 to 68 mol% of BaO, 9 to 50 mol% of SnO2 and 13 to 72 mol% of B2 O3 , a wiring layer 2 is made of a metal material having an electric resistivity of 2.5μΩ.cm or less, and the resonator 5 is mounted on the mounting portion of the substrate 1 via a supporting body 8 having an elastic modulus of 2.4 GPa or less.</p> |
