PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handiness regarding display in consideration of problems of prior art. SOLUTION: A receiving means is provided for receiving first information regarding image or sound and second information for regulating processing of the first information. A storing means is provided for storing the first and second information received by the receiving means. A processing means is provided for processing the image or sound based upon the first information stored by the storing means. A control means is provided for controlling so that information for regulating the processing of the first information is displayed on the basis of the second information during processing of the image or sound based upon the first information by the processing means.
