PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly and precisely execute control in a controller equipped with sequence control and servo control. SOLUTION: A program 11 for a sequence for executing sequence control and a program 12 for motion for executing servo control are constituted of independent application programs (IEC 61131-3). Also, the axial information for equipment 7 to be controlled is made logical, and stored in an axial information storing part 13, and both the programs transmit and receive the information by performing access to the axial information storing part. That is, a control condition or the like is written in the axial information storing part under the sequence control, and the servo control is executed according to the condition stored in the axial information storing part. Information such as controlled variables to be obtained druing the execution is stored in the axial information storing part. Then, whether or not the control is completed is determined based on the controlled variables, and when the control is completed, a stop of the next control instruction is written in the axial information storing part under the sequence control.
