PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a sophisticated information delivery means such as a home page on the Internet to disclose personal telephone number information by using a prescribed effective code like a sub telephone number in place of an existing telephone number. SOLUTION: This invention provides a system comprising the exchange center and users of a plurality of information networks that use phone terminals belonging to the exchange center to make connection through a phone network and use their possessed personal computers to use home pages on the Internet onto which code information can be writable via providers through the telephone network. The exchange center of the telephone line is configured such that the exchange center generates a prescribed code and transmits it to the user being a caller of the information network, the user being the caller of the information network transmits the code to a user being a recipient of the information network, and the user being the recipient transmits the code to the original exchange center cyclicly, the both parties cannot recognize each telephone number but only the exchange center can recognize the telephone numbers of the both so as to attain the speech between the both.
