PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that can enhance attached function such as image processing and music reproduction while suppressing the power consumption. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is provided with a transmission/ reception means that transmits/receives a signal including an audio signal or an image signal; a decode processing means that decodes the signal received from the transmission/reception means; a first control circuit that controls the transmission/reception and the decode processing means; a second control circuit that processes the image signal outputted from the decode processing means; a first power supply means that supplies power to the first control circuit; and a second power supply means that supplies power to the second control circuit. When the communication terminal is not operated for a prescribed time or over, the second power supply means reduces the power supplied to the second control circuit. |
