PURPOSE: An English study method using voice recognition on the Internet is provided to effectively acquire hearing, reading, writing, speaking, translating, English composition, and pronunciation correction of the English learning by making a user perform the systematic learning by each text and step on a web browser after downloading an application program necessary for the learning from a learning site. CONSTITUTION: If a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) of an English learning system is inputted to a URL input window of the web browser, a main screen of an English learning homepage is outputted(S110). After logging in to the system, the learning application program is downloaded and installed(S140). The learning application program is executed on the web browser(S150). The member tests a normal operation by connecting a microphone to a PC(S160). In case of the step learning, the member performs the evaluation after the step learning(S250). In case of the voice recognition learning according to the step learning, the member performs the evaluation after performing a voice recognition learning test(S340).
