PURPOSE: Provided are composition of long floor decoration material with conforming printing and embossing pattern and production process thereof which are based on a processing to correspond printing to the embossing pattern and a valley printing processing to form appropriate embossing and a pearl ink layer so that it helps to raise the quality of the floor decoration material. CONSTITUTION: In a long PVC floor material which consists of a surface layer(10), a glass fiber layer(1) and a lower layer(20) from the top, the long floor decoration material is characterized by placing a surface treatment layer(15), a pearl ink layer(14), an embossing layer(13) corresponding to a printed pattern, a transparent sheet layer(12), a printed layer(11), a middle layer(21) in which a glass fiber layer is touched to the glass fiber layer and a vinyl chloride sheet layer is touched to the lower layer, a foaming or a non-foaming layer(22,23) and a textile layer(24).
