PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering an online divided lotto are provided to increase the drawing probability by enabling a plurality of buyers to buy one lotto number by each portion in proportion to buying amount and distributing the prize money by each portion. CONSTITUTION: The first to Nth lotto registration terminals(B1-Bn) register the lotto number to a financial company by inputting the lotto number. A lotto issuing financial server(LIS) receives the lotto information from the lotto registration terminals(B1-Bn) and processes the registration. A plurality of buyer terminals(A1-An) enables the buyer to buy the online divided lotto via a data communication network. An online lotto issuing server(OLLIS) processes the issuance of the online lotto divided into constant portions and is accessed to the buyer terminals(A1-An) in order to confirm the amount and process the registration of the divided lotto.
