PURPOSE: A system for educating and training pipeline network analysis using the Internet and an AI(Artificial Intelligence) technique is provided to enable a field worker of diverse levels to carry out the education and the training regardless of time and space by configuring the system grading a knowledge level of a user and carrying out the proper education through plain question/answer. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a client computer(100), an Internet network(200), an expert system(300) and a pipeline network analysis education/training system(400). A question/answer user interface(331) in the expert system(300) grades an expert knowledge level in order to make the user decide the education level through the plain question/answer stored in a knowledge-base(333), and transfers the information to an inference engine(332). The inference engine(332) in the expert system(300) selects a proper rule by analyzing the question/answer contents, and gets the data necessary for the pipeline network analysis education/training system(400) and the proper answer for the question inputted from the user from the knowledge-base.
