A printed circuit board (10) defines a spacing to form a through arm (20) and a coupled arm (30). A conductive layer (50) encapsulates the arms, by extending along the top face (100), bottom face (110) and edges (120) of the arms. An Independent claim is also included for method for fabricating high-power directional coupler.
