PURPOSE: An ice box is provided to achieve improved heat insulating effects, while increasing the space for accommodating food stuff stored in the ice box. CONSTITUTION: An ice box comprises a main body(100) including an outer container(110) having an inner bottom surface and side surface filled with a heat insulating material(112), and an inner container(120) having a stopper protrusion(121) formed at the edge of the top surface of the inner container and a stopper protrusion(122) formed at the upper inner surface of the inner container; an inner lid(200) mounted on the stopper protrusion formed at the upper inner surface of the inner container, which has a handle(210); and an outer lid(300) having a convex top, which is coupled to the top of the main body in such a manner that the outer lid is rotatable in forward and rearward directions.
