PURPOSE: A ball valve is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing components comprising the ball valve and to minimize the time and efforts for assembling the ball valve by simplifying assembly processes. CONSTITUTION: A ball valve is composed of a body member(10) including a body unit(12) having an inner space, a valve-working pipe(14) communicated with the inner space of the body unit, an inflow pipe(16) communicated with the inner space of the body unit and flowed with fluid, and an outflow pipe(18) communicated with the inner space of the body unit to flow out fluid; an opening and shutting member(20) having a circular ball including a fluid passing hole penetrated in a direction of corresponding to the inflow and outflow pipes to pass fluid and a rod-shape stick unit extended from one end of the circular ball; and a cylindrical sealing member(30) combined to the circular ball to cover the circular ball of the opening and shutting member and made from elastic materials. The sealing member has a sealing penetrating hole(32) penetrated in a same direction of the circular ball and the fluid passing hole and closes up the body member not to flow contents housed in the inner space of the body member into the valve-working pipe.
