Test system (10) for testing a fire suppression system (100) is presented, which determines the flow ratio of at least two different constituents (2, 4). Fire suppression system (100) mixes flow of at least two constituents (2, 4) whereby one of the constituents (2,4), is required for testing the flow. System (10) comprises a control box (14), a first (16) and a second constituent line flow meter system (18). The first constituent (2) is directed through the second constituent line flow meter system (18). Each flow meter system (16, 18) determines flow rate with control box (14) comparing flow rates of the first constituent (2) through each flow meter system (16, 18), and indicates the flow ratio as if both constituents (2, 4) had been directed through the second constituent line flow meter system (18). System (10) is portable, waterproof, and obviates the need to discharge expensive foam concentrate (8).
