METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a plasma display panel is provided to reduce manufacturing procedures and allow for uniform spray by simultaneously depositing the mixture of glaze and glue. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the steps of forming a green tape; aligning and colaminating the green tape on a metal substrate; forming the first electrode on the colaminated green tape and forming a dielectric layer thereon; aligning the resultant structure with a mold and embossing the resultant structure for a plurality of barrier ribs; releasing the mold and firing the resultant structure; coating one of the channels with red, green and blue phosphors so as to form a rear substrate; and coating the etched metal substrate with the mixture of glaze and glue containing glaze mixture, binder, plasticizer and solvent.
