<p>An optimum and effective induction current is supplied to necessary body parts, the induction current can be shielded from specific undesirable portions, and inability of raising the potential of an electrode is prevented. A potential treating unit comprising a counter electrode (9) disposed above the head of a person to be treated, a feet-mount electrode (10), and a field shielding member (3) for shielding an electric field applied to the specific portion of the human body to control an induction current occurring at the specific portion of the human body.</p> |
