<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing biologically degradable resin. Said process comprises following steps: the mixture of starch and white oil or solvent oil is dehidrated in a dehidration vessel to obtain a product that has a water content lower than 0.50/00; the dehidrated product is pulverized in a sand mill to a average particulate size lower than 10µm; the pulverized product is centrifugalized to obtain the filter cake of starch; the centrifugalized starch is modified with 0.5-5% of coupling agent and 0.5-7.5% of lubricant; the modified starch is mixed with 25-80% of thermoplastic resin, 1-10% of plasticizer, 0.5-7.5% of lubricant and 1-15% of degradation promoting agent for 10-30 minutes; the resultant mixture is pelletized in a twin screw extruder or pugging extruder at a temperature range of 100-290°C.</p> |
