The oscillating pump has a ring chamber (6) radially between the housing (2) and disc (4) and divided into chambers by a dividing element (7) so that the housing or disc can be set in oscillating movement through an eccentric drive whilst secured against rotation about its own axis so that the volume of the chambers can be varied which are dedicated to the suction or pressure side of the pump. At least the connection between the dividing element and the housing and/or the dividing element and the disc has a sealing device. The sealing device can comprise a sealing element inserted in a groove running in the open bore of the housing in the axial direction of the bolt.
