PURPOSE: An automatic washing apparatus is provided to keep the outside of a building clean by washing the window, the signboard or the outer wall of the building mechanically, and to prevent freezing of pipes in winter by forcibly discharging remaining water from the pipe after cleaning. CONSTITUTION: An automatic washing system is composed of a tank(106) storing water; a pump(105) connected to the tank for supplying water; variable valves(104) connected to the pump to feed water by the pump in all directions; plural supply pipes(103) supplying water from the variable valves to a window(111), a signboard(121) and a wall(131) of a building; plural nozzles(102) combined with the supply pipes to sprinkle water evenly; and plural ultrasonic generators(101) mounted in the window, the signboard and the wall to remove foreign matters and dust from the window, the signboard and the wall by vibrating water injected from the nozzles. The outside of the building is cleaned by washing mechanically.
