PURPOSE: A handrail of an escalator for advertising is provided to maximize advertising efficiency, to supply tactile sensation being equal to an existing handrail because passengers hold the handrail through a coated sheet. CONSTITUTION: A handrail(10) of an escalator for advertising is composed of a handrail body(11) of the escalator handrail, a flexible sheet(13), which is printed with passages and designs for advertising, attached on an outer peripheral surface of the handrail body by an adhesive agent(12), and a laminate coated layer(14) coated on the surface of the advertising passage of the sheet. The adhesive agent attaching the sheet on the surface of the escalator body is an acrylic adhesive agent.
