PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HYBRID LENS BASED ON ULTRAVIOLET HARDENING

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of hybrid lens based on ultraviolet hardening which is based on ultraviolet hardening to make ease of producing the lens with small pitch so that it helps to produce the lens with high quality massively. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the hybrid lens based on ultraviolet hardening comprises the steps of: (i) producing a stamp(1) to form a pattern part at constant pitch and depth; (ii) coating the surface of the stamp by a protecting agent and rear side of the stamp by adhesive and adhering to the upper side of a plane member(2); (iii) washing the pattern part of the stamp and coating the upper side of the pattern part by photopolymer layer(3); (iv) putting glass substrate(4) on the photopolymer layer and adding pressure in vacuum state; (v) radiating ultraviolet ray on the glass substrate; and (vi) releasing the lens from the stamp.
