PURPOSE: Provided is a three-layered coating method of a steel pipe by powder welding which uses a zig device to be widely used for pipes or fittings so that it raises efficiency in coating work. CONSTITUTION: In the general coating equipment which includes a pre-treatment device(2) to eliminate an abrasive or dusts on the steel pipe, a heater(3) to heat the steel pipe, a coating device(4) to form a coating layer on the surface of the steel pipe and a cooler(9) to cool the steel pipe, the three-layered coating equipment of the steel pipe comprises the parts of: the heater which includes plural burners at both sides of a furnace; and the coating device which consists of a pair of zig devices to be rotated, a first coating device(6) to form an FBE layer, a second coating device(7) to form a polyethylene adhesive layer and a third coating device(8) to form a polyethylene resin layer.
