AUTOMATIC FIT-UP MACHINE FOR STIFFENER OF THE PANEL IN SHIP STRUCTURE COMPONENTS

PURPOSE: An automatic fit-up machine for stiffener of the panel in ship structure components is provided in which two stiffeners are aligned and welded at the same time using a single apparatus to automatically fit up the stiffener to the panel of the bow and stern parts of ship. CONSTITUTION: The automatic fit-up machine for stiffener of the panel in ship structure components comprises a girder(1) installed at the upper part of the machine; a latticed surface table installed at the lower part of the machine so that the latticed surface table is ascended or descended along an inclined guide block by a latticed surface table vertical driving cylinder with the latticed surface table being kept away from a fixed disk roller(7); front and rear row stiffener fit-up apparatus(10,11) vertically driven around columns(3,3') at both sides of the girder(1), wherein the both sides of the rear row stiffener fit-up apparatus(11) are synchronously and individually controlled by linear rail and ball screw; two pairs of subsidiary cranes(12) mounted on the side surface of the girder(1); transfer car saddle and girder saddle separately installed, rotated to a certain length along XY slide centering around the central hinge point, and fixed by a saddle fixing hydraulic cylinder of the two row girder part; eight welding transfer cars(6) installed at welding beam(2); four welding torches installed at each of the welding transfer car(6); and a stiffener aligning apparatus comprising a rectangular guide bar for vertically guiding hoist crane, stiffener align apparatus transfer car and transferring magnet.
