The invention relates to a chassis part for connecting a vehicle chassis and at least one wheel and for transmitting forces between said parts. The part consists of fibre-reinforced plastics or plastic composite systems and is preferably used for a passenger car or commercial vehicle. The invention is characterised in that at least one element for measuring forces that are exerted on the chassis parts is integrated into the plastic fractions of said chassis parts.
