PURPOSE: To provide a front window attachment type inner mirror device capable of being used in any vehicles having a front window tilt angle of 20°to 40°. CONSTITUTION: A tilt range of a mirror assembly 5 when a stay 4 is mounted on a front window FW1 having a tilt angle 30°is set to be upward 22°or more and downward 25°or more with respect to a horizontal line. When the stay 4 is mounted on a front window FW2 having a tilt angle of 20°, the tilt range of the mirror assembly 5 is upward 12°or more and downward 35°or more with respect to the horizontal line. When the stay 4 is mounted on a front window FW3 having a tilt angle of 40°, the tilt range of the mirror assembly 5 is upward 32°or more and downward 15°or more with respect to the horizontal line. That is, the tilt range of the mirror assembly 5 is always upward 12°or more and downward 15°or more with respect to the horizontal line in any vehicles having vehicular mounting angles in a range of 20°to 40°. Therefore, rear side view a driver desires can always be achieved for any vehicles.
