PURPOSE: A refrigerator and warming cabinet for vehicle with air purification function is provided to be easily installed in a car by integrating an air cleaner and the refrigerator and warming cabinet. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator and warming cabinet(1) includes an inner casing(10), having a cavity(11) to store food(C) and a door(12) to open and close the cavity; an outer casing(20), storing the inner case with a gap and having an air inlet(21) and an air outlet(22) for air in a car to circulate between the inner casing and the outer casing; a fan(23) installed in the outer casing to circulate indoor air; a filter(24) installed in the outer casing to filter indoor air taken in; a thermoelement(13), installed on a lower part of the inner casing; a heat exchanging fin(14), contacting with the thermoelement to exchange heat with circulating indoor air; and a control part controlling driving of the parts.
