PURPOSE: A device of distributing ISDN network clocks for an ADSL connection is provided to supply network synchronous clock signals of an ISDN to many DSLAMs without delay, and to prevent the supplying of the network clock signals from stopping owing to malfunction of the DSLAMs and DOTS, thereby stably supplying an ADSL connection service. CONSTITUTION: A network clock signal receiver(110) receives at least one network clock signal composed of DOTS signals from an ISDN network clock transmitter, and converts the received signal into TTL data. A network clock signal processor(140) extracts predetermined ISDN synchronous data and the clock signal from the TTL data, and outputs the extracted data and the signal. A clock distributor(160) distributes the outputted ISDN synchronous data and the clock signal to many output units in the same signal type. Many differential clock signal transmitters(170) supply the second network clock signal converting the outputted signals of the clock distributor(160) into differential clocks to many DSLAMs(50).
