Thus the value of the counter depends on the cargoed coins etc. Each players counter progresses over the board in accordance with shaker-thrown dice. If a counter reaches an already occupied space, the newly arrived players counter displaces the previous occupant and in so doing loots their cargoed coins and returns this previous occupant to the start.
