PURPOSE: An apparatus for relaying TV signals is provided to improve a signal-to-noise ratio of the relayed TV signals and relay broadcasting signals by integrating repeaters of broadcasting stations. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transmitters(41) modulates TV signals transmitted from a broadcasting station for up-converting the TV signals to UHF signals and discharges the UHF signals to the atmosphere through antennas(24-27). A master(42) of an optical repeater couples the UHF signals of the plurality of transmitters for uniformly adjusting signal levels and converting the UHF signals into optical signals through a four-wave emitting element(30) to output the optical signals to an optical cable(31). A slave(43) of the optical repeater converts the optical signals into electric signals by using a multiple-wave receiving element(32) and uniformly adjusts signal levels of the electric signals to be discharged to the atmosphere through other antennas(36-39) corresponding to multi-channels.
