The invention relates to a method and a device for producing modified oligomers based on polysaccharides containing attached amino groups. Said oligomers, consisting of particles of a few nanometres, have a negligible molar mass distribution and the characteristic that they are not identified as foreign substances by vegetable, animal and human cells. The aim of the invention is to find a way of carefully separating the polysaccharides at the oxygen bridges, without causing the amino groups to react. Surprisingly, it was determined that the electrophysical bonding forces of the oxygen bridges are less resistant to mechanical stress than the ring compounds and that they are torn off under certain shear forces. The reaction is controlled in containers by the action of pressure, temperature, shear forces, time and ozone concentration. The dried polysaccharides with attached amino groups are cationically charged. The oligomers attach themselves to a discharge element with an opposite pole and are repelled by pole reversal for removal. |
