<p>A method of obtaining a solution having an activity of inducing the differentiation of embryo stem cells into ectodermal cells or ectoderm-origin cells which involves the step of culturing stroma cells with the use of a liquid medium containing a polyanion compound and then recovering the liquid medium; a solution having an activity of inducing the differentiation of embryo stem cells into ectodermal cells or ectoderm-origin cells which is obtained by using the above method; and an inducer for the differentiation of embryo stem cells into ectodermal cells or ectoderm-origin cells.</p> |
