The universal marking tool has a base forming two arms which are connected together at a fixed rotational point. A spirit level module (8/1) is mounted on one arm. Two small tubes are fixed on a rotary mounted point and can be adjusted by hand. The arms are length adjustable and can support marking units. The two arms can be adjusted and fixed at an angle relative to each other.
