PURPOSE: An upper and lower gusset portion-like container having a spout is provided to sharply improve the independence of the container using a conventional machinery without any additional process or mechanical construction. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional container(1) which is improved in independence by forming upper and lower gusset portions(130,140) between the front and back faces(110,120) of a film, the upper gusset portion is formed by folding the upper end of the front face of the film, an unsealed portion(150) is formed by upwardly extending the end of the folded upper gusset portion to a predetermined length, the front face of the film is formed on the back face of the unsealed portion so as to form the unsealed portion thereabove, and a spout is formed on the corner of the unsealed portion.
