METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a DC motor is provided to simplify configuration of the magnetizer and reduce manufacturing costs, while achieving improved performance of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a DC motor comprises the first step of attaching a magnet to the inner surface of a case; the second step of assembling a shaft and a rotor which is constituted by a coil and a core to the inner surface of the magnet in such a manner that the rotor is rotatable, while forming a predetermined air gap between the inner surface of the magnet and the rotor; the third step of disposing the case with the magnet to a yoke; and the fourth step of magnetizing the magnet.
