<p>The present invention discloses the polyester containing active drugs and having amino acids in the main chain, and its preparation method. The said drug is the polymer having the following general structural formula: (I); wherein R1 represents serine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid or lysine; R2 represents the drug having reactive groups. The preparation of the polymer includes the three steps: the polymerization between the lactide or lactone and the derivative of morpholine-dione of the amino acids containing multifunctional groups; the removal of the protection; and the bonding with the drugs. The present invention incorporates the natural amino acids containing multifunctional groups into the biodegradable polyester randomly, thus avoid the antigenicity of the catabolite, at the same time the catabolite may be biological absorbed completely. The polyester contains active groups such as carboxyl, hydroxyl and amino etc, the resulting drug polymer may take effect directly, or may take effect after the degradation. The present invention may act as the coating of the medical instrument, improving biocompatibility of the instrument, meanwhile carrying aimed drugs, thereby attains the goal of targeted administration. It may also be made as implant or other preparation.</p> |
