PURPOSE: A device of generating reference timing and a frame interrupt of a mobile station in an asynchronous CDMA communication system is provided to generate reference timing and a frame interrupt to be used in a channel encoder and a modulator, thereby harmonizing frame timing of physical channels transmitted from a mobile station. CONSTITUTION: A register block(230) is written and read by a host when necessary. A frame counter(200) generates one frame section. A frame signal generator(210) generates a frame boundary signal performing a rate matching, spreading amplification, and modulation for a start signal of a channel encoder. An interrupt controller(220) generates an interrupt in a specific slot of one frame. The frame counter(200) is composed of a slot counter(202) and a chip counter(204). The slot counter(202) generates a slot count value. The chip counter(204) generates a chip count value.
