LINEAR MOTOR WITH COOLING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A linear motor is provided to achieve improved performance of the motor by minimizing defective ratio during manufacture and effectively cooling the heat generated from the linear motor. CONSTITUTION: A linear motor comprises a stator where a plurality of permanent magnets(11) are arranged at the opposed inner surfaces of a back iron(12); and a mover(2) including a plurality of coil units(21) inserted into the stator and a frame(22) having an air supply hole(221) formed in a lengthwise direction and a plurality of vent holes for permitting the air supplied to the air supply hole to flow to the coil units. The frame has a refrigerant guide pin(3) for guiding the air supplied to the air supply hole to the coil units through an internal guide hole(32) formed within the refrigerant guide pin.
