PURPOSE: A method and a device for the continuous one-direction punch of an IC card sheet through suction are provided to increase productivity by decreasing bad as decreasing the stress applied to the IC card sheet during the punch. CONSTITUTION: A punch part(21) holds a punch blade(210) formed to an upper face and a cavity formed inside. A suction pipe sucks the punched sheet part by connecting to a rear end of the punch part(21). The cavity is continuously formed from the punch blade(210) to the rear end of the punch part(21). The cavity gets wider till the rear end of the punch part(21).
