ISOLATION OF NEURONES AND STEM CELLS FOR NERVE FIBRES FROM A SAMPLE

The invention relates to the use of a protein which is regulated by an L1 promoter, of an L1-associated molecule, of L1 and of recognition molecules, which are oriented against the cited structures in order to isolate neurones and stem cells for nerve fibres, especially neural and/or neuronal stem cells, from a sample. The invention also relates to a method for isolating neurones and stem cells for nerve fibres by means of the cited recognition molecules. The invention can be used in fields of application such as medicine and the pharmaceutical industry.
