The ceiling rails (1,2,10) are joined by swivel rail segments (3,11) which pivot round axes into line with the rails (1,2,10). The swivel segment (3) locking device has a pawl to descend and lock the segment (3) out of line with rails (1,2), the pawl to be folded out horizontally when segment (3) lines up with the rails (1,2). The pawl switching responds to a pin which when depressed moves the pawl out to release the locking device.
