PURPOSE: A turbine bucket and a turbine are provided to achieve required efficiency at a load condition and improve the performance of the turbine by supplying an airfoil profile for a second stage turbine bucket. CONSTITUTION: A second stage bucket(17) is formed by an airfoil profile which almost coincides with a Cartesian coordinates of X, Y, and Z values described in table I by inch dimension. Z is perpendicular distance to a radial line started from a turbine center line and a vertical distance from a plane including X and Y values simultaneously. Z value starts from a zero point on the plane formed by X and Y which is located in an aerodynamics section at the most internal side of the wing form member in a radial direction. Further, X and Y coordinate values for fixing airfoil profile at each Z distance. An airfoil section can be obtained for the buckets scaled-up or scaled-down in size in such a manner that X and Z values can be converted in a scale by a function of the same constant or value.
