PURPOSE: A degreasing device of zinc plated steel pipe is provided to improve quality of product by removing cooling water and alien substance remained on the surface of the zinc plated steel pipe during cooling process and prevent dew condensation and greening due to moisture by improving close adherence and pressing force of the resin coating layer when coating resin coating layer of the surface of the steel pipe. CONSTITUTION: The degreasing device of zinc plated steel pipe comprises a cylindrical body part(2) which is fixed by a support(3), at the upper part of which an injection nozzle(7) is installed by injection pipe(5) and elbow(6) connected to a storage tank, and at the lower part of which a drain hole(8) is formed; a fixed plate(10) on the inner circumferential surface of which a certain sized circular rack(11) is formed; first disk(12) to which rotation rods(14) and one end of supporting rods(15) are connected with the rotation rods(14) being spaced apart from the supporting rods(15) in an equal distance, pinions(13) are connected to the end part of the rotation rods(14); second disk(20) from the front center of which an inlet hole(21) penetrated rotation shaft(22) is projected, and to which the other end of the rotation rods(14) and supporting rods(15) is connected; roll brushes(30) inserted onto the rotation rods(14) connected to the first and second disks(12,20); a front cover(40) on the center of which a through hole(41) is formed, and which is fixed to a plurality of ribs(42) formed on the front end part of the inner circumferential surface of the body part(2) by bolts(43); a rear cover(50) at the center of which a through hole(51) is formed so that a fixed shaft(52) is connected to the through hole(51), and to which a housing(53) is connected by bolts(54); and a power part comprising a driven pulley connected to the rotation shaft(22), an electric powered pulley connected to rod of an electric powered motor, and a belt.
