PURPOSE: A preheating apparatus of sleeve for supporting inner diameter part of coil is provided to prevent deformation of the sleeve by preheating the sleeve to a certain temperature before mounting the sleeve on mandrel of tension reel. CONSTITUTION: The preheating apparatus of sleeve for supporting inner diameter part of coil comprises a sleeve heating body(200) comprising circular arc shaped guiding rails(210) for enclosing the upper part of both ends of the sleeve, sliding members(220) which are slidingly mounted at both sides of the guiding rails(210), and on the outer surface of which screw threads are formed, and heating rods fixed between the sliding members(220) with being parallel to the sleeve so that the heating rods are heated by receiving a power supply; a support(100) comprising a gear(122) mounted on the sliding members(220) so that the gear(122) is engaged with the screw threads of the sliding members(220), and a driving motor(126) for reciprocally oppositely rotating the gear(122) engaged with the sliding members(220); and a cylinder for ascending or descending the support(100), wherein the apparatus further comprises a sensor(102) for transmitting measured temperature values to facility control computer by measuring temperature of the sleeve to compare the measured temperature values with temperature of strip, and wherein the support(100) further comprises a plural curtain rolls(110) rotated by the driving motor(126), and a radiating curtain which is wounded around each of the curtain rolls(110), and the end of which is fixed to the lower part of the sleeve heating body(200).
