The pump has a rotating structure including an inner and outer rotator (52, 51) rotatably enclosed in an inner space of a casing (50). The inner space is divided by a pair of peripheral seals (80, 81) into low and high pressure spaces that communicate an inlet and an outlet port (60, 61). The seals disposed in casings radial grooves overlaps a ring-shaped side seal (100) disposed in an annular groove of the casing.
