The invention concerns a telescopic handle for roller luggage designed to be pulled by the user characterized in that the telescopic guide is reversibly reclinable towards the user relative to the wall whereto it is secured, so that the center of gravity of the luggage is drawn optimally closer perpendicularly to the rollers. The telescopic handle has an inverted U-shape with two telescopic tubes (22) whereof the lower ends pivot about a contained axis (24) parallel to the wall. The pivoting is limited by two retaining arms (20) pivotally integral with the wall and with the telescopic guide.
