PURPOSE: A dual-type fashion watch and a method for displaying time by using the same are provided to improve an external appearance of the dual-type fashion watch by allowing an hour hand, a minute hand and a second hand of a second display section to have various shapes and colors. CONSTITUTION: A second display section is formed on an upper surface of a first display section through a coupling member. The second display section includes an hour hand(1), a minute hand(2) and a second hand(3) forming a display device(30). A time measuring button is installed at one side of the second display section. The display device includes a bar(10) in the form of an equalizer. The display device(30) includes a plurality of segments in the form of LED. The hour hand(1), minute hand(2) and second hand(3) are coated with fluorescent material.
