PURPOSE: An intramuscular stimulation needling apparatus is provided to automate the treatment of muscle pain by the intramuscular stimulation and facilitate inserting a needle firstly into a wound muscle. CONSTITUTION: The motor-operated intramuscular stimulation needling apparatus including an electricity operated motor(110), an energy source and a mechanical connecting unit is characterized by comprising a punching unit(102) bonded to the needling apparatus so as to punch the skin located over a wound muscle; and a unit to operate the punching unit(102) for the needle(111) to punch skin automatically.
