<p>The invention relates to chemistry, in particular to methods for producing catalysts which are used for transforming a light hydrocarbon stock into high-octane number components of motor fuel. The inventive method consists in mixing powdered zeolite ZSM-5 in the ammonium form thereof with a zinc salt solution and with an ammonium salt solution, filtrating said mixture, watering the thus obtained precipitation, striping, granulating with the aid of a binder in the form of aluminium oxide, drying and calcinating. A zirconium acetate solution is added in said mixture. Granules being calcinated, are processed at a temperature ranging from 450 to 550 °C during 5-10 hours by means of a gas mixture which contains 4-8 mass % of carbon oxide, 4-12 mass % of carbon dioxide, 6-8 mass % of hydrogen, 2-6 mass % of oxygen, 2-4 mass % of water steam, the rest being nitrogen. Said invention increases the time of the stable activity of the catalyst.</p> |
