An adhesive material,characterized in that it comprises a gas generating agent which generates a gas by the application of a stimulus of an ultrasonic wave and/or a shock,and the gas generated is released out of the adhesive material and the gas released unsticks a part of the adhesive material from an article adhered;a method for unsticking an adhesive material;and a bound structure.The adhesive material can be easily unsticked without the use of a light and without damaging an article adhered.
