摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to expand application of the functional metal to the whole industrial area by manufacturing a functional metal capable of emitting aroma through anodizing using inexpensive metal and emit liquid aroma injected into the metal for long period time by forming fine tunnel type pores into the surface of the metal. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing functional metal capable of emitting aroma comprises the processes of forming a porous oxide film having tunnel type pores by anodizing aluminum (Al), magnesium (Mg), zinc (Zn), titanium (Ti), tantalum (Ta), hafnium (Hf) or niobium (Nb); and injecting liquid phase aroma into the porous oxide film, wherein pores formed in the porous oxide film are fine tunnel type pores having depth of 0.05 to 10 mm and diameter of 0.1 to 300 micrometers so that aroma injected into the pores is consistently emitted for a long period of time, wherein the liquid phase aroma is injected into the pores by coating using brush, spraying, dipping or injection method in the vacuum state, wherein the aroma injected into the functional porous metal having fine tunnel type pores includes vaporable aromatic, deodorizer, antibacterial agent and disinfectant that are not harmful to the human body, and substitution medical effect is obtained by injecting an aroma solution having efficacy beneficial to the human body into the functional porous metal, and wherein a desired solution can be refilled by methods including coating using brush, spraying, dipping and injection in the vacuum state when the volatile solution is dried up after a long period of time since the aromatic, deodorizer, antibacterial agent and disinfectant are injected into the porous metal having pores.
